Call National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283
Press 1 for English
Press 2 for bypassing introduction
Press 2 for checking status etc.
Press 6 for checking status etc.
Press 1 for having receipt number
Now enter your receipt number:
press 1 to confirm receipt number
Now listen to the case update info, somewhere in the middle of blah-blah
press 3 to report a problem with your case
press 4 for filed several related applications and have received the information on some but not all
(now if you listen a male voice prompting you to hold the call that means the call is going to IOs desk, if it says no IO is available, it will redirect it to NSC, you can hang up and try the next morning)

The bassist was reeeeealy close to a bright yellow-ish light everytime it came on (hit his arm and bass) it blew everything all to hell. Not quite sure how to compensate for something like that so I started taking shots when that one light turned off.
I was using a flash with a different band but from a distance. I wasn't too sure if it would bother them or not.

I efiled on April 7th and got FP notice on April 15th or so with appointment date of April 30th. Hope this helps.

I left the US for good after spending around 5 years on H1-B sometime last year and have only made entries on tourist visa. Can I apply for a new 6 year H1-B quota since leaving the H1-B status last year or will I have to spend 1 year outside since the last tourist visa entry ?

I concurrently filed both my I-140 and I-485 back in Oct 09. My I-140 was approved on March 18th and then nothing since. I read that by concurrent filing the process is quicker. I am on an EB1-C. My question is has anyone had any experience in the time frame for concurrent filing under the category i am under? I have checked the tracker and cannot see anyone in similar position. Time line is what i am looking for or is it a "wait and see" situation?

I believe job description is important, not title. As discussed earlier threads, in most Financial companies software programmers have AVP or VP title. That should not matter as long as job responsibilities are same.

All this big companies as declared will reduce h1b employees in us and will do work remotely - so payroll reduction will be in us and ultimately more loss to us goverment.
if they reduce even 4 out 10 than also 6 people government will get $12k while additional 4 govt. will loose atleast tax and social security other together more than 50k and all the expenses they will do here all those money will go out of the country rather than spending done here, so many side impacts to other industries.

You have some good pictures, but I agree you would more easily get responses here if you include pictures in your post. One critique I can give is you should watch the level of your horizons, it's a pet pieve of mine as some here know :), I'm sensitive to leaning pictures.
