I would love to go back to my country i.e India but the problem is there are already tons of people in there and I seriously think they are more brilliant, intelligent and hardworking than me.
If I go back I would be burden to that country so I prefer to stay back with my lazy and un-motivated attitude and also the environment suites me for getting me laid every time I need one.

You can trade commodities like stocks by taking a directional bet on long term price movement. But this is what you need to consider. Stocks always trade in Spot. If you buy MSFT you own shares of Microsoft today. Although single stock futures (SSF) are available now we will not look at derivatives right now.
Commodities are traded as futures. You can buy Soy futures today for December delivery or lean hogs for dec 2010 delivery.
Under conditions of No-Arbitrage the price of the future will be the price of the spot plus storage and delivery costs. If for example 3 month LSC (Light Sweet crude) is trading on NYMEX at $60; the cost of storage and delivery is say $20 for 3 months. Then 6 month LSC should be trading at $80. But if you look at the contract it might be trading at $55.
The reason being fundamentals. The peak driving season or the hurricane season is over and heating oil season is not yet on us or by looking at weather derivatives traders are factoring in milder winter. The leader of Iran has declared he will step down from office and retire to Hawaii, the rebels in Nigeria have turned themselves in and joined a church missionary..stuff like that.
So you might believe these fundamental assumptions or you might do your own research and say that the traders are wrong and they are discounting critical factors and the price should be more. So you can go long the future and hope for an increase in price and sell the future before delivery for a profit. This is the expensive route but you will never be wiped out for sure. Price of crude may drop but will never go to zero.
Or you trade options on the futures, for example:

If someone is a quant and does this for a living then if his contract allows it or if his licensing allows it legally he can do it on the side but apart from it definitely not something the retail investor should indulge in. Just invest in some ETF like GLD or USO or some commodity mutual funds at the max.

Some one left me a red saying "not all consultants from sleazy bodyshopping companies are incapable." I agree and I never said that. If I came across that way then I apologize.

Is it correct to say only nebraska Service center is issuing the rfe because they are pre adjudicating while Texas service center is not issuing rfe because they are not pre adjudicating 485. A vast majority of people getting rfe on 485 (95% or more) are from nebraska Service center.

IV has to convince the government that this mess was created because close to 100000 visas were WASTED/UnUsed while BEC was busy(or not busy) sorting through the cases. If it is the mistake of a govt department, then the govt should fix it by recapturing these visas. They will act only when you make them look bad or file a suit against them. Why hasn't IV been able to push a simple argument like this????

Nobody is complaining because everybody has the attitude, "Let somebody else do it, I will reap the benefits". It it the like, "Why should I pay IV when everybody else is paying it; I should just get free advice".
I & my colleague filed a complaint against our ex-employer early this year and the DOL W&H said they will work on our case in then next 3 months; they are currently working on cases filed in the last quarter of 2007. The reason why I filed a complaint was not because I need the money he owes me but because he exploits every employee and I wanted to bring him out in the open (will post the outcome once DOL does something about it). The fact is, as long as the employer knows he can get away with shit they will continue to break rules. Now that ICE is cracking down on er's hiring illegal immigrants you will see that er's will stop hiring them. I think the reason why we cannot get our much deserved provisions passed in the house and congress is because of the fact that today lots of US Citizens and Green Card holders are loosing their job to the people who are illegally present in the U.S. I don't beleive in shit, "Employer's cannot find U.S. workers". The fact is that employer's are not willing to pay workers the wages they deserve. Imagine one hour of Federal wage today after taxes will only get you 1 gallon of gas.
The employers are happier to hire illegals as they can pay them shit wages, they don't have to pay er's contribution of social security wages, no er's contribution of state taxes, no Medicare tax, no workers compensation. Just imagine wont we be annoyed if we can't find a job in India because Nepali or Bangladeshi (no disrespect to these countries) illegal migrants are talking our jobs away from us by working for lower wages.
Sorry for all this rant; I am tired of waiting for GC for the last eight years and am tired of people sitting on their dump xxx hoping somebody will fight for their cause and they will get to reap the benefit. As to somebody's comment about India being a colony for 150 years, do you think it would have happened if everybody had revolted one fine day (every single human being) against the Britishers? I guess everybody must be thinking, why should I get by axx kicked when my neighbour is doing it for me.
Yes it applies for IV too. We have a handful of monthly subscribers because everyone wants the other person to pay for it. If the problem needs to be solved, each victim needs to fight this problem.
Do let us know the outcome of your complaint.

How true! In fact not only we have to maintain H1B to be able to "bring" spouses but we have to MAINTAIN H1B until the our PD becomes current to be able to maintain spouse's H4 status.

Third, if one is unmarried, the I-485 applicant is given the luxury of more time to choose a spouse. That spouse can enjoy dependent benefits and obtain permanent resident status based on being married prior to approval of the I-485. This is a huge benefit to those who were intending marriage, but need more time for one reason or another. There is an enormous benefit to marrying prior to the approval of the I-485, rather than after. If the marriage takes place after the I-485 is approved, the case becomes a family case and the spouse can be stuck abroad waiting for several years.
Note: A spouse is not entitled to obtain the "green card" automatically simply by getting married before the I-485 is approved. A spouse who gets married before the I-485 is approved is allowed to file and obtain the H4 visa from abroad and enter the U.S. on an H4 status as long as the principal maintains H1B status.
