This is not to put you down but to help you. How long have you been in the US? If more than 1 year, I would suggest taking a course to improve your written and spoken English. It is way too bad. :o and will help you in the long run in case your Eb3 gets approved and you stay as PR in the USA.

So we file again in Eb3.

Thanks to the efforts of everyone at IV and QGA, we have the golden opportunity for a member of IV to actually testify before Congress. No kidding!

IV is looking for someone who is in the �limbo� stage, and has made a significant contribution to the economy (ie, invented something, made a medical discovery, created a lot of jobs, etc.)

I just want to make sure that IV not forgotten People that stuck in PBEC. So far as an active member and an active contributor for IV I have to say that I'm dissapointed as far as the way IV addressed PBEC Issued.
Most of disscussion in IV forum seems like focusing on retrogression issue only.
for people that have their case are among 350000 case pending in PBEC the retrogression has no effect at all unless their case clear out before the retrogression get solved.
There are so many of us had been waiting for their labor get approved.
5, 6, 7 year are a long wait.
I noted that IV do have PBEC mentioned on the web fax, but please make sure that retrogression is not the main goal of IV.

My case exactly like yours. Mine expires on Sep 24 th. E-filed on may 28th. FP'ed on June 23rd. Concurrently filed APs got approved long back.
I think Info Pass is the best solution for this. You have only a few days for that. So hang on.
I am planning to take info pass too. But to ask for expedite request, I think 90 days should have passed since application sent.

USCIS has a habit of dodging every prediction that is made here. I think there is only one rule in USCIS : "There is no rule". People behave and do the things they want and we spend tons of time and effort calculating the numbers and all that they do is print the bulletin according to the "mood of the day"

i am not sure why you think kavya wont excel in her life - she already has a great headstart with close to 40grand in winnings! i also dont know why you think she will end up working for a non-ivy league educated manager - & even then why its a bad thing to win a spelling bee..too many gaps or leaps in thoughts/logic?!
If you come across and experience families who make their kids to go through the labor (hell) then and then only you would understand what he is trying to say. The other way of experiencing is to watch the pattern and construct of these spelling bees carefully and apply your own thinking process. Once you do this you would almost agree what logiclife was trying to throw to us.Spelling Bee competition, though make a child well aware about the roots of the words (latin, Greek roots) and provide enough exposure to the kid to understand the English language in its essence, it does not teach a kid how to think, how to become creative and innovative.

I felt there were too many fields to fill in. It might help if we can take out some fields. Like RFE etc.
in the current system it is not mandatory to fill out all the fields. if you want to leave out RFE, you can do so.
We felt that some people want to track RFEs and see how it affects the overall progress of the case. Even though we do not have such calculation, I think it would be worthwhile to have an analysis done on that. It would help people know when an RFE is generated how far their case is pushed back. RFE information will also help people in the same boat and they can make such people as buddies and monitor each others cases and contact each other to figure out what is going on or how the RFE was replied.

I filed my I485/EAD/AP on August 7, 2007. Does this mean that I do not have to pay any fee for EAD renewal now ?
The instructions say this -

If you filed a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, on July 30, 2007, or after, then no fee is required to file a request for employment authorization on Form I-765. You may file the I-765 concurrently with your I-485, or you may submit the I-765 at a later date.
